Newly diagnosed HPN, all blood /renal aretery Doppler/EGG/Urine /TFH investigations are ok. Taking Telmesartan 40 mg/OD for a month but no respite as BP contibues to be around 150/100.Any suggestions please ?

I have been having chest pains for about 5 days now. My heart feels like its fluttery sometimes, and feels like its pounding constantly. I wake up with a headache that stays all day too. Aspirin knocks the headache down a little, but it doesn't go away completely. I've been checking my blood pressure at home, it's been around 138 over 95, an pulse is around 98. I've also noticed the white fat ring around the outside of my eyes colored part. I'm 42, male. Heart disease runs in my family.

I'm having 40.1% lymphocytes count in DLC And 3248.1 lymphocytes in abosolute leucocyte count. These are higher than bio ref. range. I want to know the causes of this And the diseases i can face through it

I have very random sharp chest pains directly under my left breast toward the middle of my chest. I normally go a few weeks without experiencing this before it happens, and then it happens throughout the rest of the day(s). Normally only lasts 5-10 seconds. Today it happened and I think lasted around a minute but it felt like forever. When it happens, I can't talk at all. I was just crouched on the ground, scrunching my face, and hyperventilating. I am 16 years old

My husband has been having on and off chest pain for about a year. I have been hesitant to go to the doctor because he was a smoker (quit 3 months ago), drinks alcohol way too often 3-5 or 6 days a week, and NEVER drinks water. I figured those are probably the biggest contributing factor to heart palpations, and angina type symptoms. Well now he is insisting that I will regret it if I don't get him into see a doctor, but any time I have taken him to a clinic, they have not helped.

I want my lipid profile report to be assessed. My cholestrol levels are normal but Lipoprotein(A) is very high (65mg/dL). Also High Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (HS-CRP) is high (6.2mg/L). APOLipoprotein are all normal. APO-A1 : 111mg/dL APO-B : 100mg/dL
