Patient has increased heart rate/ pulse. Sometimes blackout in front of eyes. Had a check up with doc but want to consult what best treatment the patient can undergo

I have been taking metpure xl tablet, and roseday 10 tablet is it safe to take one Vitcofol injection per weekly because my vit B12 level is very low 219.

My dad is 66 years old. He has undergone a CABG 16 months back. He is following all exercises, simple yoga, diet everything as suggested by his surgeon. Sometimes he gets pain suddenly in left side which radiates to wrist, fingers, chest, upper back and neck. After applying some ointment after sometime he feels better. Earlier, rarely he had such pain. When he asked the doctor, they said that its a muscle pain. Since it has been 1.5year now after CABG, we are worried about this pain. Pls help.

I always feel chest pain during sleep means during sleep when i change my position i find some chest pain. No other symptom . I have acid reflux prob .
