Hi, I have chest pain and breathlessness from 4 months,did holter, tmt, ECG,echo all normal. Also have tingling left hand fingers. Bumpy road gets me breathless and can't talk much. Any idea hw should I go about

Sir, I used to get something weird sensation middle of the chest for just less than seconds once in week or months. This is since 4 years. But from last 4 days the frequency is more in a day. Especially after 30 minutes of food to 3 hours. No pain, no chest pain, just uncomfortable suddenly. I'm veg, non smoker, non alcoholic. Regular jogger 5 days a week. Please advise.

I have to undergo a TMT, are there any symptoms beforehand that may indicate I may get a positive TMT.
