My mother age 63 had already 2 heart stroke the 1st one was in 2015 and the second one was in 2016, after stroke she is totally unable to walk, she is a diebatic and presently she is consuming Dytor 20mg twice daily, and lupinsuline R unit once a day, her blood sugar level is almost in a normal range, but now from the last 2 to 3 week i can se swelling in her right foot also and also having cought from lasr 3 week ,what to do please help me.

I have problem in breathing. Sometime their is pain in my heart side and in my sole. There is also pain in right side of my brain, which take dangerous mode sometime. Especially when i have to take any decision. From few days, during thinking or taking any decision my hearbeat increases means i am not satisfy by myself. I try a lot to being happy but i am fail in it. When someone talk to me, i hesitate to reply him or her and not feel comfortable with anyone.

I am having irregular pain in left of my back which expands to left of my chest (below my left under arm). I got the ecg done and the doctor who was checking me is out for 2 days. Can anyone help me understand the ECG report. TIA

After my second miscarriage , I felt some pain at left shoulder and left chest pain and go for cardiologist , all ECG and echo was normal , just mild tachycardia and mild hi bp for which I was advised concor 2.5 mg beta blocker for twice a day but still I have off and on left chest pain and shoulder pain , what it could be?
