Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hi, My age is 27, suddenly I felt like I have an shortness of breath and I don't know whether it is a shoulder pain or muscle pain immediately I went to an doctor they told It might be an acidity gastric, some time I felt suddenly pain in chest and it will go, so I met cardiologist and they suggested me to take ECG, TMT, Echo and I went to doctor and shown my results he told everything is normal and for you no treatment is required and he hadn't prescribed any medication.

If your Echo, TMT, and ECG are normal then the chances of this pain due to heart are very very low. Most likely it could be musculo-skeletal in origin.
