My age is 28 years and recently I have checked my lipid profile Results are Total cholesterol- 217 Ldl cholesterol - 146 Rest cholesterol is normal Please advice Thanks

Feeling gas near left chest, also sometimes pain as some time pinching, is it related to heart disease or gastric issues, burping, bloated stomach for few days now. Had this symptom frequently, did angiogram 2 year back and found no issues, they said it's due to gas, again same symptoms for last one year Thanks

These days whenever I wake up, my heart pains a lot. And then if I walk around it just reduces. After that if I try to go to bed again, it happens with me again. I work in night shifts and I feel a little sleep deprived too these days.

My bp is fluctuating daily on 21 /8 it is 140/100 Then 130/90 Then 110/60 Then 100/60 Then 110/70 110/70

Doctors advise control BP with life style and diet changes.. minerals defeciency.. stress.. etc. I am also doing same. Taking telma beta 25 /40 from last 20 days ..dr asked me this medicine for 3 months... As my BP was 170/110 I am 39 years... Dr also told after echo that one of my valve leaking and perhaps that is cause of my elevated BP. So as there is no cure for valve problem by medicine ... What you will advice ... shall I continue BP medicine life time?

Hello doctor Yesterday, my husband had again very high bp and even tablets were not working..it went up to 172/109. I am very scared. Doc asked him for Lft and Lipid. So the reports are as..bilirubin total as 2.12, bilirubin direct 0.28, bilirubin indirect 1.84. Is it jaundice..?Sgot and sgpt is 25 and 28. Cholesterol report is as.. triglycerides are 263, hdl is 38.60, vldl is 44.40, non hdl is 133.40. LDL is 89 and total cholesterol is 172. Now, I wish to know if there is a requirement of hepatitis b and c test s for him...?also does he need to take medicines for cholesterol also? For bp he is already taking losar 50 twice a day since three months. But still bp goes high sometimes and a severe headache just make him mad.. sometimes he vomits also due to high bp and headache..Please advise as I am losing the trust on our doctor as we are taking medicine since three months but situation is kind of same...please advise...
