Heart Problems & Remedies

I had chest discomfort since couple of weeks. I had ECG ECHO and TMR done. The reports says absolutely normal. But in ECG it says Early repolarisation pattern . Consulted cardiologist says that's perfectly normal and there's nothing to worry in ERPS. I am a little worried. is it something that is serious or can be?

I have been experiencing mild chest/back & left hand pain from last 4-5 months.i had went to a doctor but he said its not a heart problem & prescribed gas relieve medicines.but the problem persists.sometimes i feel the pain sometimes dont. i am also taking medicines for anxiety & depression due to this. please suggest what test should i do to diagnose the problem
