I feel little tension in my chest (left) and little weakness in the left arm. I am little depressed about my weight gain. I consulted a cardiologist and he checked my ecg and echo test and said that is normal and not to worry. But have this problem and can’t find a solution. My BMI is 26 Height: 5'6" Weight: 78

Iv been very lightheaded for a few days, I have a pain in my chest and I can feel palpitations every few hours. I do suffer with anxiety but Iv never had dizziness everytime I stand up. I'm going through a very stressful time and It might be that. But I'm getting concerned for my wellbeing and also my depression is not good and I can't think straight.

My question is for a cardiologist. Is it possible to install a nanostim leadless pacemaker into the upper chamber of the heart?

Dear Team Vellore Doctor is saying basis angio bypass is viable and better option.. As per jaydeva bangalore MPI scan is required pre deciding by pass if MPI shows it would not be fruitful then we won't go.. What shall I do??
