What cholesterol levels should be
Recently my friend and I got our lipid profile blood tests done in different labs. The normal range of cholesterol in his report showed that it should be under 180 whereas my report showed desirable range is 200- 239. We both are 40 years male. My cholesterol level was 221. So what is the actual normal range for cholesterol levels?

Normal is less than 200 for ur age, you can do regular excercise to control that
