Why cholesterol levels increase
Hello, I am 47 year old female. I do my master check regularly. But this year, my cholesterol levels are very high. But my cholesterol levels are very high, almost 340. Why do cholesterol levels increase? Is it food or hormones that raise the cholesterol levels? Can high cholesterol be linked with heredity?

Many factors are interlinked. Hereditary is the most important of all. Obesity, lack of excercise, alcohol, oily/fried/junk food.. all cause high cholesterol levels.
