Mild chest pain in both the chest while resting and shoulder and back pain,ulcer and anxiety. ecg found wpw and eccho normal.doctor said nothing to worry..symptoms are non cardiac but in rutien test TMT test came positive ,conclusion in report was ST depression ischemia..my overal cholesterol 139,HDL 33 AND LDL 103..is there some risk as per my age.what to di.i am realky worried a lot..I have no pain while working or walking.

I have been diagnosed with an extra beat which I was told was benign. I have noticed I have pauses and then palpitations following these hard beats and most of all, when I check my heart rate on my Apple Watch or anywhere I check it, even when I’m completely still, my resting hr fluctuates from 68 down to 61 and back to 63 then back up to my normal 68-70. Is it normal for it to change like that while being completely still or should it be beating at the same rate?
