Sir I have uploaded the angiography report and according to report tell me wats the problem of my uncle

Hi, From last 2-3 months I am facing this problem. When ever I try to sleep left side it hurts. In normal I am feeling a regular irritation in my left side chest. Small pain in left shoulder, left side neck and left side back pain some times it pain full throat and left ear. I am 29 of age. I had 2D echo, Ecg and chest x-ray are normal. Last time my doctor suggested me it can be a mussels pain. But I am not understanding this. How mussels pain can be last for 2 to 3 months. When I sleep strait it's better. But on left it goes bad. Please help me out. Thanks

I have breathing problems and also my my heartbeat get faster if I am doing some changes in my Dailly life thinking or suddenly incident that depress me.sometimes it happen when people just beside me call my name suddenly with raise voice.or after a long sitting if I stand.
