So please share me some tips to have a clear chest X-ray in my retest ...how to show a clear lungs in the X-ray

My BP is around 135/90 sometimes, 130/85 sometimes. I can feel the heart beat. Sometimes I don't.  Knight time it's getting increased. My age is 33. Is it risky? Please suggest me.

I've been having frequent chest pains since last month specially at night time. I've done many ECGs and 2d Echo test done but it's WNL. Doctors say it could be due to acicidity or muscular pain. I think they are also not sure and keep telling me there is nothing wrong with with your heart you are most probably thinking too much about the problem. Since last 2 months my chest has hurting, it's like sharp stabbing pain goes up to the neck and jaws, if i breath it hurts a little more. i have hyper acidity, i thought it's just a simple hurt burn. It lasts for a minute or two, and i force myself to burp so i'd be relieved from the pain. i am just worried that it might be worse than this. i need some advise on this. thanks
