How to treat hypertension at home

Asked for Female, 43 Years

Hi I am 43 year old female patient. Since few days I having severe headache and vertigo problem. My family physician has asked me to monitor my Blood pressure for a week as he suspects I may have Hypertension. I would want to know if there is any home remedies which can be taken to control the same?
