I am 20 yr old and diagnosed with mvp with mild mr i am very anxious Will it progress Is it a serious condition Pls help

I am very tired while walking and what ever activity i do i feel very tired and feel like asthma kind of indication , i can walk 3 km but i got very tired , Yesterday i completed with below blood test & result is below HOMOCYSTEINE : >65μmol/L 25-OH VITAMIN D : 8.61 HIGH SENSITIVITY C-REACTIVE PROTEIN (HS-CRP) : 9.7 mg/L TOTAL CHOLESTEROL : 229 TRIGLYCERIDES : 231 LDL CHOLESTEROL - DIRECT : 143 VLDL CHOLESTEROL : 46.2 LDL / HDL RATIO :4 TC/ HDL CHOLESTEROL RATIO : 6 Please suggest me

Sir I did master health check up and found my ldl level is 120 and in ECG it was mentioned SINUS RHYTHM, INCOMPLETE RIGHT BUNDLE BRANCH BLOCK. The doctor gave a medicine ARVAST 10 Mg and advised to walk . Now I also saw my MCV is 54, Lymphocytes is 45, ALT in LIVER FUNCTION TEST is 51 ,Serum urea is 15 . Is my report normal specially about ECG. THANKS

For the past few 5 days i cannot sleep properly i get up in between my sleep as i feel my abdomen pulsating and heart beat rushing i become anxious and get up during sleep is it because of my sleeping position or due to  going to  gym which i joined 2 week ago i can also see my abdomen pulsating everytime i see is it normal to see this?? No chest or abdomen pain

Friend having left chest pain from 4 month which is not heavy.It is different pain some time it happens some time not. Some time feels tight ness , sometime pain while pressing and feels heaviness and also feels that no control on left side. Sometimes happens in left hand too. Get done ECG 4 time which is normal. Tmt and echo get done 3 month before which was normal. But still feel pain should do tmt echo again?? Also have high bp 140/90. Colstrol is good and do not smoke, no overweight. Then wht is the reason of high bp. Does high bp cause the pain or vice versa?? Also get done vitamin de test which was 21.7 low. Doctor says that vitamin d might effect on whole body not only chest. He is very upset always feels it is heart problem. Not sure to whom consult next Should consult neurologist Or cardio Or physician. Please help.

I had strong acidity,indigestion,sore throat 2 months back.from 2 months I have severe pain in left arm .It has lessened a bit but still not gone completely.while sleeping I always hear heart beating and hearing heart palpitations.what could be the reason?

My father had heart attack .His all three arteries were blocked.Doctors placed two stents in LAD. Moderate LV Dysfunction (EF-30-35%). He is diabetic as well and level right now is not controlled .Sugar level fasting is 135 and PP is 230. I want to understand how long we must wait before it is safe to perform angioplasty and put stunt on other two blocked arteries or do we need to get angioplasty/stunt done asap?

There is arising a sudden pain in chest in the left side which is there for 10 to 15 minutes and then lowers down..this happened twice a week..what is the cause ??
