  4. Sinus Bradycardia. Be something serious?

I have been having chest on the right said pain for over 3 weeks now and I saw 2 doctors and they said it's most likely muscular pain and I was asked to do ECG which said Sinus Bradycardia meaning slow heart rate. Could this be something serious ?
