What will help a 52 year old male to have good cholesterol blood levels to normal? What are the sources of good cholesterol? Will vegetables and green, leafy vegetables be of help? Any vitamins that should be given? Other than food what lifestyle changes should be inculcated for good cholesterol to be normal?

Regular excercise is most important . 150 mins of aerobics every week. Diet high in green leafy vegetables, grains and fruits will help. No need of any supplements or vitamins . Can take fish oils.
