My BPM for 5 min was 108 and shaky hands and sweat around neck and forehead. Otherwise BP is normal. Often once or twice a month it happens. When i consume limca,i feel better. What is happening to me? Is this serious

Hello!.. I am suffering from rapid heart rate whenever m going to sleep ..actully my 10 days infant wakes up in night to feed him I woke up all of sudden in night n that time I feel fast heart rate of mine with burning sensation n shortness of breath..like m.missing my heartbeat...at that tym I feel little pain also..when I got discharge from hospital I had high BP around 140/100..but after a week it's sumwhere around 130/80 without BP.medicine...but this heart rate problem occurs...I m afraid whether I have I have some serious issue with heart or it just palpilation...pls help me

My father passed away a couple of months back due to cardiac arrest and there is a history of heart problems in my family and ever since then i have become paranoid about my own heart. I have got my echo ecg done couple of months back and they were normal. maybe because of stress of my father's loss or just because of my lifestyle and weight I feel that I am not keeping well. Have pain in chest breast can feel my heart beating fast pain in neck and jaws. though these feelings go away once i drink lots of water and get burps. should i be worried about my heart even though i have got the test done. when should i get the test done next time?

I have been experiencing pain in chest, breast, part between the breast- a spiking pain and since yesterday i am feeling that there is no air circulation and sometimes i have to breathe through mounth. the pain goes all the way to neck sometimes jaws, and back as well. When i do a little bit of exercise or drink water or press the area where i feel pain, i get burps. I am fine next day I had got my echo ecg done and doctor said everything is fine. results were normal. but with occasional such pains i am scared. My father, aged 62, recently passed away because of cardiac arrest and there is a history of heart problems in my family. Please advise whether i should be scared and conscious or be relaxed as i have got my tests done just a couple of months back only

I have hypertension for the past 1year consulted doctor following medication with betatrop 40 MG for one month seems to so powerful reduced my pressure even 180/110 mm to 120/80 with in 2 hours rapidly but it seems to so powerful.         So consult another doctor regarding this he prescribed triolomozest 40mg to one month with some life style changes like reduce salt, morning exercise, after one week I followed some life style changes doing regular jogging but due to my night shift I didn't follow certain things now irregular sleep, no exercise. skipped the tablet for three days didn't taken my bp level is now160/100 even though I had taken the medicine for the past two days one day I have taken in the morning  and next day I missed the morning and taken the tablet around 2 clock afternoon checked my bp level after 5 hours bp level is 160/90 Whether I have to change this triolomozest or what I have to do next thanks for your help in advance

On my recent checkup of blood pressure it comes to 160 mmhg, I am feeling light head after wakeup and continue till afternoon from last 1 month. Getting easily emotional also accompanied by acidity and burn feeling in stomach. Please help
