Drop in blood pressure and dizziness
My mom was prescribed telma CT 40 for high bp but for some days she has been having dizziness and low blood pressure (systole below 100). She has been taking it for more than 3 years. Should she discontinue the meds? The lockdown has made it hard to consult doctors. Pls advise. P.s. she is pre-diabetic.

Telmex CT is a combination medication . Ideally she required reduction in dose . May be one of the component of the drug. It’s best to see Physcian and get bp checked by docotr and get dose reduced . Not advisable to stop altogether as she is on 2 meds
