Blood pressure high
Hi my systolic Blood Pressure remain at 115-130 while diastolic remains at 80-90 sometimes when I eat outside my blood pressure elevates to 145/98 for a day. My CBC, ECG, kidney and liver test are normal. When I take telma 40 my blood pressur drops to 90/75 I cannot take next day medicine as I will suffer from low bp. Am I suffering from hypertension if so why does my bp remains normal for a week or two if I take telma 40 once

Monitoring of blood pressure daily if it's persistently more than 140 then take telma 20 If it's not elevated  then no medicine is required
