Hi, just need a suggestion, should ct coronary angiography is good to detect the blockage of heart??? And Is there any risk involved in ct coronary angiography??

Hi doctor, Last two days I'm feeling very low and no have energy, so today I had a blood test, reports shown other values are normal. But in cholesterol, it shows following values, Total chlsl - 230.0 mg/dl HDL - 41.0 mg/dl LDL - 160.0 mg/dl T G L - 145.0 mg/dl V L D L - 29.0 Total H D L ratio : 5.0 Please let me know why I'm feeling tired last two days and if anything related to this?

Sometimes I feel heaviness in chest. And on some occasions heart palpitation. I have gone through series of ECG all normal. 2d eco is also normal. Some time burning sensation also. Please guide.. six month ago stress mpi test was also done which was also normal. Sir, if it's not cardiac, what else could be. And which all test need to be undertaken..

I am having mild pain , not continuous. And feeling of high muscle stretching Between left chest n stomach. While I lie down staight it increases and then I have to either take turn or sit. This happens for soemtime and then not. My Bp from last two weeks is 140/80. And also have chest discomfort. Do not know if it's pain or only sensational discomfort. My test reports for sugar, creatinine, CBR, ecg, echo and tmt are normal. Please advise.

Pinching pain in heart sometimes...when i change my position it goes away.. what is this condition.. is it serious?

I was diagnosed to have tb 3 momths ago. I am 24 years. Then after 2 months of medications all reports came normal. Now i have completed 3 months of treatment. Now i am taking r cinex 600 and 1/2 of benadon 40. My appetite is good. No cough. Gained weight. But for 2 weeks my body is becoming hot at afternoon after meal and evening. And reduce slowly from late evening. But the rest of the day it is normal. I measured temparature with thermometer. It is between 98-98.6 orally and around 98.4 auxillary in the evening at 5-6 pm. Is it normal?? Is my body getting hot for medicines???

Pinching pain in heart for few seconds.. it happens occasionally. When i change my position it goes away..

My bp is 94/138 I consulted with cardiologist he suggested no need to regular medicine he suggested take metrocard xl 25 tab when feel ghabrahat. Please suggest is  it safe or consultant again.

Ldl is 129.. 3 months back was around 70. He has taken anti-diabetic med for 1-2 years but since 1 year his HbA1c (5.5 this time) is controlled without medications by losing weight and lifestyle modifications. Is any intervention needed?
