Is feeling the heart beat a normal phenomenon when i place my hand on my chest ? Cause it freaks me out sometimes, i think my heart is beating irregularly.. Though the pulse is normal ! The beating seems like tik tik just like a clock !

We came Japan from India last month next week we are returning. He got fever 3 days back we had gave paracetamol syrup he recovered, suddenly his hand plan appearing ref colour wound, and hitching.

I am facing chest pain which is tender to touch. Pain is usually felt in the middle of the chest. Got ECG done which came out normal and then did TMT which has come negative. I did a test 1 month back. Now sometimes I feel shortness of breath and pain on the left hand. What can be the reason. Last year did CT Coronary Angiography which also is normal. Please guide what to do.

My left hand is pulling and left side of chest is also pulling from 8 months the pulling is shifting from left to right and all parts of body sometimes

For a few days, I am experiencing my heart beat when I put my hand on my chest loudly, to be safe, I have done ECG, 2D echo, blood tests and everything came normal. What else could it be?
