Having severe pain in center of the chest and it follows to left shoulder, the pain is very deep while lift my left hand. The pain starts at 1.30am till now continues. Is it emergency or normal gastric pain??

Last Bp record is 160/100, I could not get any dactor appointment immediately. Any suggestions and medicine much appreciated.

Is a normal echo, ecg and blood test enough to rule out heart problems for a 23yr old male ?? Cause i am having negative thoughts every now and then that something is wrong with me ! My GP says everything is fine, my palpitations are a result of anxiety and overthinking !

My cholesterol is 187, HDL 39, Triglycerides 101, Direct LDL 129, Non HDL 148, Chol/HDL Ratio 4.8, LDL/HDL Ratio 3.3. I am concerned about my non hdl cholesterol. What do these values indicate? Should I be worried? I often get pain on the left, but it generally turns out to be nothing. ECG and ECHO are normal. What precautions should I take? I also have generalized anxiety disorder could the anxiety and stress be affecting my heart? At my age are these values alarming? Please answer.

Some time my heart bit increase upto 100,is it safe or not, and I m going medication of hypertension,take olkem 20 daily

This is the second time when I am feeling chest pain and back pain the same time. Suddenly the side and middle portion of chest and back is paining.

I have been suffering from regular moving chest pain since 1.5 years, sometimes it vanishes and comes again. Pain moves from left chest to right, ribs and now it's in shoulder and neck, but pains remains one place at time. I went to Ganga Ram Hospital ,New Delhi there they diagnosed with ECG,LIPID PROFILE,THYROID, USG Whole abdomen ,CHEST X RAY and every report was normal. Till now I have completed 3 times ecg and 2 times x-ray every times it's normal. I have grade II fatty lever, please advise if it's caused by heart or something else.

Which medicine best to reduce heart rate is ARBs or beta blocker.  telmisant 40mg or atenolol 50mg is best
