Low HDL colostrol
My HDL is 28 and total colostrol is 85 after lot of exercises 5km twice(10km) daily bricks waking and Jim exercise one hour.Total colostrol has come down from 175 to 85 in three months.
But no improvement in the HDL.
I am diabetic type 2
What to do, please advise.
