1) MVPS WITH FALIL PML , SEVERE MR
2) DILATED LA & LV
3)TRIVIAL TR WITH MILD PAH
4)NO RWMA, GOOD LV SYSTOLIC FUNCTION.
What to do now. Any surgery need for this. Planning to go u.s in the next month. Is there any problem?
