I have got ecg and echo done by cardiologist last month report were normal but instead I got chest pain what should I do is it indication of hearth pain pain is on lest side in middle

I'm male 38 yrs 108 kg.Smoker and alcoholic.Normal ECG TMT do exercise regularly.At times I face difficulty in breathing shall I go for angiogram study

Doctor had prescribed "Tonicard Gold Drop" for slightly high heart beat. Is this tonic safe to consume. Are there any side effects? Thanks and Regards, Alistair

I am 21 year old boy having past history of high blood pressure from last 2 years till know not able to know the reason behind it I used to weigh around 105 kg know I weigh 90 kg and earlier used to have 2 prescribed medication one Starpress xl 25 mg and another triolmezest 20 mg know just having Triolmezest 20 mg as per doctor advices as my bp was in control but still could not part with my high blood pressure and having problem like left hand and arm numbness problem in coordination even left chest discomfort know doctors are confused ( general physician )I really need some urgent help to who shall I concern regarding my health safety I'm really disturbed as these all problems are interfering in my daily activities . plz help

Cad patient since 2 years Lipid profile shows triglycerides 256 and other values are in normal range On atorvastatin 20mg Aspirin clopi 75 Metolar 50 Ramipril 5 Earlier triglycerides were in range of 160 but this time its 256 What should i do to reduce triglycerides?

I am suffering from hypothyroidism for the last 5 years and now I am taking eltroxin 62.5 mg tablet for the last one month I am feeling palpitation/flickering in my left chest for 5-10 seconds for two three times a day , sometimes it remain ok , I went to cardiologist my ECG, echo, TMT is ok and I have made holster test also in Holger test ther is sinus rhythm is there it is ok doctor suggested this is due to anxiety

Iam suffering from anxiety related hypertension since 3 yrs, iam also uses bp tab. Iam take bp readings by automated bp monitor at home. During first reading iam very anxious and excited it shows high, after first reading i feel very free it take second reading it shows normal, same as third and fourth reading. Which reading accurate? First or next readings .Pls suggest. Ex 1 reading 145/87 2 reading 127/71 3 reading 124/71
