My mom age 70 she had Bp .so she regularly take tazloc am morning and evening.last 15 days before consult dr because swelling foot but bp is normal. Dr said somebody face this type of issues maybe tazloc caused swelling.so he change t sart 40mg.now bp control and foot swelling completely cure.now prb is shortage t sart 40mg medicine. pls suggest any substitute t sart 40.i searched Substitute internet but that medicine also shortage. What can i do sir can i continue tazloc am for nxt 15 days.because of covid prb all medicine shortage.pls guide me

She can take Any Substitute for Telmisartan 40 mg .
Don’t take Amlodipine as that might be the reason for her swelling in the first place.
