Hi, lately I've been having a Low heart rate (between 56-58).
Im 27 years old and pretty active. I workout for an hour atleast 4 days a week and my weight is 70kgs.
I had tested positive for covid in January and post that I also have instances of mild dizziness when I stand up.
Should I be worried and get some tests done?

Chest pain
I am getting slight pain in left side of the chest or pain shifts some times , it comes and goes I can walk run excise like normal no body part changes. I won't smoke, drink.
