3 days back I had a sharp clicking pain in my chest with some pain below my jaw in neck, which was persistent for more than a day. Today I suddenly got up at 2:30 am with cold sweat and my pulse rate was around 130. Oxygen level was normal: 99. I was having a pulsating/throbbing sensation throughout my body which got better after 30 mins. My breathe is regular now, temperature is better, and pulse rate is 85. What should I follow as next steps?

I feel sometimes rise in my heartbeat and pain in my left shoulder. It sometimes even feel in lungs and back. Is there something to worry about.

Is there any cardiac side effects of covid vaccines?? Like blood clotting .. Or heart attack after vaccination ??

My Mother-in-law was admitted into Hospital for Covid Positive and Accute Neumonia (18/25) treatment from 8th to 23rd April, 21. After Discharge, she is maintaining normal oxygen level, but still on medications. She is a patient of Diabetic and High BP too for last 25 years. For BP, she is having "Concor 5 AM" for last 2 years. For Sugar Control, she is being given insulin and medicines after discharge from hospital since she is continuing Steriods for lungs. Now the problem she is having of her BP fluctuations and Dialostic BP going down sometimes upto 47, specially at night for last 3 days. Her Systolic BP always remain in between 110 to 140. But Dialostic BP going down. Why this is happening and what treatment you advise.

I am a Male , age 22. From 3-4 months i have a mild chest pain.. only to the left side and its an occasional pain, i feel like my left side of chest gets a bit heavier and i notice my heartbeats randomly. It feels like something is there in the left side of my chest and slowly this pain passes to the left hand and shoulder and my left hand feels mild numbness for about 20 seconds and slowly the pain goes away. I have done an ECG which showed abnormal heartbeat. So i have also done a 2d echo which was normal completely. About 5-6 months ago i got covid 19 and was given the necessary medication. Its only after i recovered from covid 19 I am getting this chest pain.

My father is experiencing a condition like shortness of breath for a few hours after having food. But actually he is NOT having any breathing problems and also his oxygen level is  96 0r above. He is saying he feeling a condition like one faces after running for some time.. please suggest which doctor we need to contact.. He was recently treated for Covid. It's 5th week since found infected with covid
