Heart Problems & Remedies
Heartbeat 145-150 on climbing stairs
I am recently recovered from covid. 20 days passed after first symptoms with all reports negative. Only have some post covid weakness now.
I check my heart beat in resting mode it is generally fine 60-80 and while sitting 75-90.
But when I climb stairs it increases to around 145-150 while on walking it is around 125-130.
Is it normal after covid due to weakness and all ?
I had ecg and TMT just last month ( as a part of regular check up before covid TMT was normal even at heartbeat of 196 that time) and everything was normal.

Pulse rate high after covid recovery
Hi Sir/Mam,
My father recently recovered from covid his pulse rate stays high 100 even at sitting position.
He is having history of diabetes and BP. After his recovery he is taking his old bp medicine which is Coversyl 8 mg along with ecosprin (blood thinner started since covid).
Can someone suggest do he need to change his medicine for BP? Usually now a days his BP stays around (100-125)/(77-85). Also do he need to take extra medicines to avoid any mishap? Please suggest

I wear a smart watch device ,I started observing that my resting heartrate is 53-56bpm average. And during deep sleep at night it goes the lowest to 47bpm. Is it normal? I don't have any sleep disorder neither I have any symptoms. Could it due to stress or panic? What is the suggestion for the issue

High Pulse rate Post Covid
It's been 2 months since i had Covid but my pulse rate is continuously elevated between 80 to 100 while seated and during a brisk walk reaches 135 to 140. Have got my chest CT done it was all clear. Met a cardiologist he prescribed (ivabradine 5mg twice a day) for 15 days. As soon as i stopped taking meds again pulse rate went back to 80 to 100. I have always been a fit person and always been into physical activities. Please advise what could be the issue? At times i do feel a bit of tightness in chest and rare dry coughs sometimes.
