Heart Problems & Remedies

Dear Doc, At times I am to feel my heart is beating fast or able to feel it in my throat. This is happening very recently for me, casually or when I bent down or lean back..attached a photo of pulse oxymeter took today. Then after 15 min I was not able feel the beat in my throat and the beats decrease as shown in second attachment. Please advice.

My heart rate is 58 bpm while resting And laying down ! should i worry about it ?? here is total lockdown i can't visit any doctor in this situation

I am hypertensive for a few years now and take 1 tab of Telpres MT25 every morning. Recently I have developed a knack for cycling and thinking to purchase a cycle. I work in softwares and so generally follow a sedentary lifestyle. Would it be ok for me to take up cycling as an exercise on a regular basis starting from casual to moderate. Then eventually train for intense cycling in future? Would there be any issue or risk involved if I choose to train myself that way? Any help or advice would be really appreciated and thank you in advance.

I am having mild pain in heart and chest area in left side and here is my report. It started 2 days back.

For the last 5 days I am having severe chest pain with a rise in pulse at 130 max.qnd bp is severely low 75/40.And I can feel every beats in my head causing severe pain.I have some cardiological issues like excessive drop in pulse sometimes(e.g 30) and minor mitral valve regurgigation and microvascular blockage.Last july I was covid positive.And it has affected all this issues occur more frequently.Sometimes I am having severe chest pain associated with excessive cold sweating,hand,shoulder and jaw pain.For the last 5days it is bothering me very much that my regular works are all left undone.Please help me what should I do or whom do I need to consult.In this covid case rising I am afraid to go to hospital.please help.

Hi, lately I've been having a Low heart rate (between 56-58). Im 27 years old and pretty active. I workout for an hour atleast 4 days a week and my weight is 70kgs. I had tested positive for covid in January and post that I also have instances of mild dizziness when I stand up. Should I be worried and get some tests done?

I am getting slight pain in left side of the chest or pain shifts some times ,  it comes and goes I can walk run excise like normal no body  part changes. I won't smoke, drink.

When I sleep my heart rate is 50-60.at morning it's 70-90 is it normal? I stays between 88-94 sometimes 72.
