Oxygen saturation fluctuation

Asked for Male, 26 Years

When I use pulse oxemeter with middle finger of right hand ....SPO2 open with 96 ...Then 95 then 98 then 99 than immediately fall to 95 and 94 then increase 96 to 98........Is there any problem in oxygen level
