I felt giddiness and uneasiness so I checked my BP it comes out 180/110. At several times of a day and at interval it comes around the same. Now what to do. Please tell me  Am I more prone to COVID.

Hi I have recently recovered from corona. I have observed that my resting heart rate is fine 70-95. But when I climb stairs my heartbeat increases a lot 160-165. While walking (5 km/h) it's around 130-140. Is it normal after covid or do I need to be worried .

He got discharged almost a week bk...but cannot get good sleep at night...hallucinations..sometimes chest tightness...no other symptoms..

I'm having frequent mild chest pain and doctor recommended a tmt test. Are there any covid -19 preacuctions to be taken during this test . Is it safe to ha r this test during covid time ?

My mother takes flaxseed powder of 1tsp each day with lunch.Heard from a cardiologist that the flaxseed fat is bad for people with cholesterol while some say it helps lower cholesterol. So just wanted to know can flaxseed help lower cholesterol? Or is it bad for people with cholesterol?

Since 4 days i have little sweet pain on left side of chest. The pain little higher when I drive bike... My BP is 110/72 and pulse is 52...i have seen no other helth issue in my health except I use to take BP medicine on daily basis 5 mg & 2mg but now my BP is under control. But I don't know why since 4 days sweet pain in left side down chest. Please suggest

I have pain / Tension in my left chest since 2 days. I had covid symptoms around 15 days back and I took usual medicines (Paracetamol). I am completely fine since last 7 days. The pain is a kind of heaviness while sitting. While I'm walking it feels like a muscle tension. Also I'm having loose stool problem since last 2 days. Is it something concerning?

After covid 19 nagative (2/5/2021).. and starting exercise of psi running and little little pain around heart side...so tell me when I starting exercise??how many day I take rest?
