Pulse dropping when lying down straight
From last few days I have observed that my pulse drops below 60 and in deep sleep it goes down to 48-50, I also feel some heaviness around chest whenever I lie down straight with a lot of gas and little dry cough  Is it something serious ?

Hello, Pulse drop during sleep is very normal . Nothing to worry. As far as your chest discomfort in a particular position is concerned, that seems to be gastric related
