Hi ..i noticed that my heart bpm is 60 when i try to sleep in night .. sometimes its below 60 too. Is is normal bcaz in the mornings it is usually 80-90

Yes. During sleep, our body is in relaxed condition. So the heart rate starts to fall and can even reach below 60, which is normal. Nothing to worry about.
