I was very good physic but in 2017 I dovelped symptom like mild fever and fatigue  chest pain when breath I google and go for heart attack and mayocardit and endocarditis but doctor diagnosis me typhoid fever after this I recovered but still strong believe ki mera valve khrab ho gya h me jinda nhi rh sakta I did several ecg kabhi sinus tachycardia ata but still heavyness in chest kai bar panic attack sa feel hua but cardiologist k pas nhi gya dar lagta tha me agle 2 sal so nhi paya and severe depression me rha like meri jindgi sampat h bus Then I go for full check up (himmat krke ) result are... Ecg sinus tachycardia (me dra hua tha ) ECO says only grade 1 dystolic dysfunction tmt normal Holter normal Hba1c 5.2 thyroid normal vit d 37 urine no microalbumine USG normal creatinine 1 Then cardiologist says u are normal but I still shortness of breath after eating and atmosphe where humidity so I go for PFT HRCT OF THROX again normal but kyu mujhe aisa lgta h mera heart ok nhi h kabhi
