Chest Pain & heaviness and back Pain
I am having Mild to Moderate Chest Pain & heaviness and pain in lower back since last 2 Weeks...i thought its beacuse gastric problem due to spicy and non veg food that i used to take...considering these i consulted online to a  doctor, who suggested me to take Deltone 60 tablets and Sucral O Syrup. Last year i was having problem of GERD but after taking medicine it was properly diagnosed. I took above medicine for 6 days then heaviness and chest pain relieved but from yesterday i am again experiencing heaviness in left portion of chest. I took vaccine Covishiled on 9.5.21 after that this problem increased, i don't know whether it is side effect of vaccine or not. I am living in small town of bihar, no any doctor and hospital is opened in my town and nearby town beacuse of this i am unable to undergo ECG. Please suggest what to do for now...it will be great help for me.

Is the chest pain increasing while you exert or walk? Any other associated symptoms like sweating / palpitations/giddiness etc.. Do you have any underlying medical condition like diabetes or hypertension. Any smoking/alcohol.. family history of cardiac issues.
