Heart Problems & Remedies

My BPM is lying between 90-120. Is it okay or should I be concerned about it and need to visit a medical practitioner. Also, I feel urges for deep breath from time to time. Note: I take healthy diet and I am non oily, non spicy food person. I drink 4-5 litres of water everyday. I do yoga for 1-1.5 hours daily.

My husband is suffering from heart palpitations since  last week  but reports are normal like ..echo ..ecg ..thyroid ..trop i .....these all tests are normal ...what shud be done ...he still feels heart palpitations ...at night ..usually ...

Having mild left chest pain for last few months took tmt which came as Borderline positive for Ischemia with 10.2 Mets and then did angio which was normal. Since angio is normal doctor said it's non cardiac pain. When angio is normal why tmt showed as borderline +ve does that mean every time my tmt will be positive

Last month on 14th April suffered from food poisoning after that took RL bottles and get cured 70%. After that i feel uneasyness in my heart so consulted a doctor he measured my B.P. 134/104 on electronic b.p. machine. he gave me Amlopres AT and Alprazolam for 20 days course. i continued it till 15days after that i feel numbness in my hand, legs and back. Took b.p. reading and it was 100/70 with other doctor. Then the second doctor gave me some multivitamin tablets and Ashwagandha tablets for 6 days. After 5 days i felt uneasyness again then consult a local doctor who instructed me to change my lifestyle for 7 days without medicine after that he will check my vitals. Yesterday completed 6th day without any problem but from today's morning i am feeling bloat stomach and burpping a lot. pulse also not getting down below 90 bpm(oxymeter).

I get sudden Tight unbearable pain near heart. This comes suddenly and will last for few minutes. This also accompanies with feeling like an passing electric shock around my heart. Its been one and half year I started facing this. Underwent coronary angiogram, ECG, chest X ray, DDIMER, trop T. All are normal. I am not diabetic and not hypertension patient. Lipids are under control. I work out regularly, atleast 5 days a week. I observed this pain getting increased when I do abdominal exercises when lying on back. Due to this i stopped workouts and started walking...kindly help explaining what is this pain all about, your help is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance...

My sister  is currently diagnosed Covid, but no symptoms like cold, fever etc, she is asthmatic from 2years, she is feeling chest tightness and discomfort in chest area, heartbeat is more..saturation is 98/108..can u please advice as we need to do an ECG or ECO with above medicines. She is currently at home isolation and an formerly ITP patient, platelets are 3.4Lakhs. Predmet tab, Mondeslor tab, one cee plus that's it. Right now she is taking this tablets.

I tested TMT positive last feb 2020,immediately angiogram has been done which came as absolute normal. I am not diabetic, dont have hypertension, cholesterol and triglycerides are under control l, since last year August i am feeling sudden pinching pain in my heart. Immediately underwent ECG and x ray which came as normal again. Blood tests like DDimer and Trop T came as normal. When all the reports are normal iam not sure why this chest pain is troubling me. It is not hallucination but it very much exist.. I don't know when this pain comes suddenly sometimes two to three times a day, post which my mood, work and sleep would be effected. I am not under any medication now, no doctor prescribed any medicine considering everything is normal. When this sudden pinching pain comes I feel like I am going to get attack, I stopped sharing this problem with family as they are treating me as psychiatric patient as Nothing came out in reports. Please help me guiding how can I overcome this pain..
