Heart Problems & Remedies

For the past few days feeling mild pain/ discomfort and burning sensation in my left side chest. No other difficulties. Can someone help me here? I am little worried about the symptoms. Sometimes I feel very normal sometimes I feel discomfort. At times I have mild pain/discomfort in my right chest also. But most of the times in the left side.

Hello sister age 26 she was having fever 101 to 102... since 5am fever came becoz she worked at home lot yesterday full day like washing clothes and cleaning home .. and she used dolo 650 tab as of now but fever up and down . Attached bp results pls tell is this normal or not . It not what is normal and what is Minimum fever temperature should be everyone pls tell .. I am 22yrs old i am getting weird feeling in chest past 1 week my frnd told it is gastric so I used gastric tablets  pain stopped but today I didn't took gastric tablets pain starts again I can breathe normally and I don't smoke or eat non veg but now a days I am feeling more hungry for food, no body part changes and I can  more than 4 Kms even now also .....  I am going to London next feeling tensed ... Sir/ma'am My father is diabetic 70yr old. He had covid pneumonia (HRCT 11/25) and got discharged 10 days ago. Since then I have noticed that he is weak and whenever he walks his pulse rate rises 110-120 range and while resting it is 55-62 . Is his heart ok? Why pulse rate is such high and will it get better anytime soon? His TropT was normal. His ECG and medicine are attached. Thanks

I am taking BP medicine Starpress XL 50 (morning and evening) and Sartal 40 in morning from last one year but from the last 15 days my BP get elevated in morning time around 150/100 daily. Kindly advise and recommend any medicine to add pls
