Sometime I feel chest pain either left or ryt side..Even my mother has also similar issue..She got her ECG done..which was normal..So is there any need to worry?

Respected Sir/Ma'am I have been diagnosed with covid on 20.04.21,Now the report dt. 03.05.21 is negative. However for few days I feel mild pain in my upper back, left side of neck and in left arm also. I do not have any pre medical disease. Please advice whether it is related to cardiac symptoms or any else.

I was having mild (1.7) antibodies of covid 19 when i tested on 15 April. Due to mild cough, i again tested for covid on 2nd may and came out positive with CT Level 30. I am Not having any Covid symptom. Even cough is not there. But there is sudden change of HIGH HEART BEAT ABOVE 100, sometimes it reaches to 110 from past few days. My heart beat used to stay between 75-88 before covid. My ECG is normal with high heat beat. Some doctors on social media said that change in heart beats is also a covid symptom and its temporary and tachycardia paitent can use beta blockers for some time. Is this correct? Can you suggest me safe and affective beta blocker for tachycardia?

I have recovered from Covid ( first symptom was on 12 Apr no symptoms thereafter).SpO2 is normal but pulse rate is high ( 105-108 )specially in morning , I feel restlessness.It happens many times in the day.Is it normal post Covid anxiety? I am doing all household chores normally.
