My wife was diagnosed with covid a week back and was normal. However she reported pain in heart from evening. Please advise

Hello Doctor! Trust you're doing well. **Doctor, My Father had a bypass surgery in 2002. He is also diabetic and hypertensive, and both are under control. **My doubt is whether my father should get vaccinated or what precautions he need to take to get himself vaccinated. **These are list of medicine he is taking right now: 1) Ecosprin 20 (For Heart- blood thinner) 2) Amtas M 50 (For Heart) 3) Telmekind 80 ( Hypertension / Blood Pressure) 4) Glimmy M **My Father has been taking all above-mentioned medicines (same medicines) since his bypass surgery i.e, 2002. For diabetes the medicine (Glimmy M), he is having it from 2014. **Doctor, in the time of this pandemic crisis I request you to please let me whether my Father can take Covid Vaccine or not, and if yes, then what all precaution we must take/ maintain ? About 7 months agoMy father got bypass surgery treatment. Everything was ok after treatment but from few days or i must say from last two weeks he suddenly feel very week. He said I don't know what to do like subconscious or semiconscious . We consulted the doctor but he doesn't change any medication and the situation is still same . Please suggest us something that will help my father to recover fast ?
