Sir left side heart burning sensation while sitting long time.but not there while walking or standing.what will be the reason sir.pl.advise

I have recently do lipid test serum total cholesterol 220 hdl 44.2 Idl 140.2 vldl 36.2 triglycerides 184.6 the above cause any problems? How to reduce my cholesterol levels kindly suggest me. Daily diet plan I don't drink alcohol and I don't smoke My weight 65 I recently take ct scan before 6 months Main pulmonary artery and it's branches appear normal No thrombus veins are normal And echo test also done

My brother had covid a month ago and it was now sometimes he experiences pain in chest pinching pain and it radiates to back sometimes, his crp and d dimer is normal...but a constant fear of heart attack post covid because some cases are coming his age is 22

Is nitroglycerin 2.6 should be dissolved under tongue or should it be swallowed? The condition of patient is severe chest pain.

I had mild covid with one day fever followed by smell lose 40 days ago, but now sometimes I feel pinch pointed pain in left chest and sometimes in right chest... mostly when I eat something and this pain stays for 10-15 secs. I have visited DM cardiologist. She did echo and ecg and told me I have a small hole very minute hole in my heart which doesn't need operation and it is there by birth. I never knew about it untill My heart beat spikes time to time and causes uneasy and anxiety I got to know about this at the age of 22. She prescribed me medication. I just had one doubt Will it get healed by time?? Or will this hole will progress more in future??

Below are fasting lipid profile values for my mother post 17days of covid recovery. Triglycerides - 176 LDL - 140 HDL - 32 Cholesterol total - 207 CRP is 10.2 CBC shows differential lymphocytes as 46% and neutrophils as 40% Total WBC is 7600. D dimer is normal now was elevated earlier, taking eliquis 2.5mg twice (5 days medicine course left to complete) Taking Metformin 500 twice. Was on 16mg medrol dose for 5 days and tapered down to 8 mg and 4mg. Worried if the high crp is due to some secondary infection like black fungus or due to elevated lipid profile results Please suggest if there is something to worry

I am having heart palpation since past 2-3 weeks also high resting heart rate with high blood pressure about 154/95. So went for full body checkup. Haemoglobin Came 18.8 also RBC are high at 6.05 million As well as iron content is high while Vitamin D came low 17.3 and Vitamin B12 also low at 176. What could be propable cause?

Since, some days I m suffering from palpitation. my pulse rate is higher than 100 like 140 and then sudden 122 and less in sitting position. and my oxygen level is good 98_99. I don't know weather  is it from  anxiety or something else. please suggest me..

My 70 year old mother is advised to do a HOLTER TEST due to bradycardia issue/ low heartbeat. Are there any hospitals/ labs in Mumbai offering home visits for HOLTER TEST? I want to avoid going to hospitals due to the current Covid-19 situation. Please let me know, thank you.
