My Mother-in-law is of 77 Years. She was admitted into the hospital for Covid Positive and Accute Neumonia from 8th to 22nd April. She is having Diabetes and BP problem for last 25 years. At present she is taking "Concor 5 AM" one tablet daily at Morning Breakfast. She is having low Dialostic BP issue for last two days during night after dinner. Her Dialostic BP coming down to 52 whereas the upper BP remains around 110. Whats the issue of lowering Dialostic BP and what you advise.

Sir my mother is a heart patient According to the Echo report, his heart is working only twenty-five percent.Despite this everything was going well.For some time my mother has been vomiting.The vomiting stopped while being injected but the discomfort increased.She is unable to sleep, nor can she rest due to restlessness Can you help me with any suggestions?

Hello dr i have a problem in my legs Recently i got COVID 19 in January after one month in February i see in my legs some what difference my veins are getting swelling  like 1 inch parabola shap and it is like 3 to 4 places and another day it gone away. And that leg little bit heat when i sleep. I cant capture that because it is too small to appear. So please help me in this pandemic situation.

Around 15 april i think i got exposed to covid as i lost my smell n taste suddenly n have some body ache for 2 days.but didn't have any major problems so I don't get test of covid.29th April I come back home around 1 a.m. After coming home a drink around 4-5 glasses hot water as precaution from covid.then after sometime i feeling something abnormal as my body is getting warmer n uncomfortable on bed.then I call my friend n ask him to come n take me to a doctor.we want to hospital there my b.p was 216/140.doctor gave me an injection n one tablet to settle my b.p.aftersometime my b.p is normal.Doctor advice me to some tests like ecg,cbc,lft,kft,thyroid etc n monitoring b.p 3 times at home.i done all tests.Reports are normal n my b.p is also normal. I took amlokind 5mg for 1 week.Now my concerns is whether I have to get some more tests or everything is normal as a part of post covid effect. Kindly guide me a suitable way as there is not safe to go out.

She is a cancer patient, 5 chemo are done surgery needs to be done, but due to changes in ECG it is on hold, but her echo is normal, we have tested ECG 4 times nd it was same in all (it was never an issue earlier), she has diabetes, thyroid, BP, she is taking Ecosprin as well (in dec 2019,it was not heart attack but her blood got thick due to which she felt pain, since then ecosprin started), all the tests are done general physician has cleared for both cardiologist n physician thing but PAC dr wants cardiologist clearance for ECG changes, OPD are closed in delhi, oncologist suggested to get dobutamine stress test and I am not sure if that suits her, she got vaccinated yesterday and she will be taking injection (Filgrastim 300mg) on Mon n tues for TLC, just wanted to know that dobutamine stress echo is required or not, because she is weak and m not sure if she get any reactions, and test is very costly as well, please advice what to do some cardiologist clearance will be enough?

My normal heartbeat shown in oxymeter is always greater than 100 i.e. around 102 or 104  PRbpm. Is this normal or anything to worry ?

My mother is diabetic 62/f and heart effiecncy lvef is 58% with O- bloodgp. Her veins are not easily found during sampling test. Also on needle prick blood not comes easily. What medicine is good for them for hb increase and what is reason for that

In night of 29 April around 2-3 pm I was feeling shortens in my breath n very hot like..then I call my friend as my family was sleeping n don't want to disturb in this panic situation. My friend came in 30 mins then we both went to a nursing home near our home.there a diagnosis my b.p around 200/140 n I feeling very tense.then a doctor present there gave me a injection n 1 tablet to settle my b.p then after some time my b.p came normal after toilet.Doctor suggest me some tests n consult a senior doctor in morning n told me u r exposed to anxiety n palpitations But as u also know d condition of Delhi no doctor is available so please help me as after 1 week also I m feeling some pressure in chest on left side n there is a negative thought are coming in my mind that if I have a stroke then there is no hospital or emergency facilities available kindly help me as soon possible. I think its post covid effects.kindly suggest me d right way to as earliest as possible.

Dear Dr, I feel sometimes itching pain for few second in chest. It happens specially in night. I usually get relief by taking disprin. Please suggest , is this some serious sign.
