High Blood pressure
Male. 64 yrs. My father suffered from Covid a month back. He was on steroids for 8 days predmet 16. It's been more dan a week since he stopped the steroids but still his Bp is fluctuating a lot. He takes Amlokind5 once every day. In the morning it is 145/97.He is unable to sleep properly for last many days. Around 10 AM it returns back to normal without taking medicine. Is this fluctuation dangerous every morning? Hw to stop this ?? Please help

Please monitor his Home BP atleast 3 times a day for 5 days .
He should be relaxed on a dining chair for 5 mins and shouldn't have taken coffee for atleast 30 mins before the measurement.
Make a note of all the readings and consult.
