Lvdd grade 1 and mild conc lvh
Dear sir or mam I attached my echo report, it shows lvdd grade 1 and mild conc lvh, is it dangerous, what the cause of lvdd grade 1 and mild conc lvh. Kindly suggest, I'm very worried n I'm regular drinker.

Please keep a record of your blood pressure daily. Try to cut down on alcohol/smoking. Grade 1 DD will not cause a major issue but left unchecked for long may progress

The LVDD GR 1 is of no major issue except that we have to control the BP or any other cardiac issues well. It may be an age related change too! All in all a clinical review if not done after the echo it’s in order.

LVDD grade I can be normally seen in many healthy hearts. Nothing to worry. Mild concentric LVH is mild thickening of the heart wall. It is commonly seen in patients who are hypertensive.
