Hello Doctor, Currently, My normal heart beat when I seat and stand is 85-90. But when I lay down, my heart beat goes low to 65. I tested 2D echo 10 months ago and said mild TR present. What should I take care of? Thanks.

Hello Life savers, good morning. I am monitoring my blood pressure from past 1 year and it is showing 130/90 most of the times. But I am doing good. I am checking using omron bp machine. When I met a general physician, he said it is common these days. Could you please advise if i need any medication for bp.

Hi, My mothes pulse rate is around 100 all the time. BP is 135/82 when in rest position. She is using nebivol-5, telmisatan 40 in morning and amlip 2.5 and indinol 1.5 in night and apixaban 2.5 mg since 3 days daily for 14 days. Her D-dimer level is 1250 when we tested 4 days back that's why we started Apixaban (also she is using steroid-medrol since 7 days as doctor suggested bcoz of COVID few days back. Now quarantine also over. may be steroid is the reason? Any further medication required. Kindly suggest.

Which medcine are giveivg better result in this case ? in diet we to change anything to cure this problem.

Hello Doctor Is it advisable to take blood thinner medicine after the age of 50 and particularly in this covid situation to prevent blood clotting? And is it necessary after getting covishield vaccine?? I am asking because we all have taken covishield vaccination and some countries have banned it as they think it causes blood clotting. While lying down I feel tight in my throat with my pulse bounding and when I hold my phone I can also feel my phone bouncing with my pulse.. feels discomfort in throat. Which specialist to approach? I have done my ecg (normal) and went and checked with cardiologist, he checked and said my heart is fine.. 2d echo was done in sep 2020.. he said not required. I have chest pain too.. now headache and pain in eyes too with my lower back of head paining.. spo2 levels are 97-98.. is this cause of no proper sleep? I have this problem post covid and since 10 months now. Peculiar but I want a normal life.. can someone help? Note: bp normal, hba1c is 5.9.. vit b12 and d3 in limits.. urine report suggests bacteria and I'm on niftran since 5 days which is 10 days course
