Generally when one is recovering from a significant illness one tends to have unusual higher heart rate. It settles over a period of time with improving physical activity and nutrition. One caveat is the status of heart functions during covid, which can affect the heart. It is not to stress you more but stating the facts as they are. It’s less likely in your case. Nevertheless your physician should guide you.
