On April 20 he has totally recovered and fit but he feels high pulse and mild chest pain for some days ..before 2 days the pain came back

Sir , Earlier at 2 april ... i m suffering from covid symtoms but no test done ... at 15 april ... i recovered from fever n other symptoms. But my heart beat fast ...i feel it ...which never happened before ... n sometime pain in chest From yesterday after 50 days  ... pain mild continuous in chest while walking ...no pain while i lying on bed ...

Sir I had neck stiffness so did ecg .my ecg has few changes in v1 in two hrs.. earlier 2020 my angio report was normal .. please guide sir

Dear doctor 17 days back i have tested positive i had mild symptoms that where loss of smell& test. I have undergone through LDH,CBP blood test and my LDH level is too high that range 659 .Then I went through CT scan and doctor said that there is a light infection in your lungs he gave me some medicine. I used it 5days .Now the problem is there is pain in the  place of heart' &up side of left lung. What should I do now.. there are no other symptoms total I am fine and some of my friends are saying that you should go under D-dimer test.is it necessary... This are  my problems doctor...

My mother is a breast cancer patient alongwith other prblms like BP thyroid diabetes and she is taking Aspirin n Atorvastatin since Dec 2019, Her 5 chemo are done n up for surgery, they need cardiologist clearance, she undergone for TMT but couldn't complete it due to low physical fitness, so oncologist suggested to have dobutamine test done, She is taking Metformin 500mg BD, , vildagliptin 50mg BD and glimiperide 2mg BD for sugar and telma 40mg BD and amlodipine 5mg OD for BP Just wanted to know can she take BP medicine in mrng before going for test, because in test her heart beat will rise so will be needing BP tablets after test , and if she takes it in the mrng then it will be double dose, and if she doesn't take then her BP rise due to miss of BP tablet, she takes her tablet at 6am approx and test will be done at 10am.. Plzz suggest what needs to be done. Test will be done tmrw mrng. Her ECG shows some changes but Dr said dats normal and echo is also normal
