My father takes asomax 2.5 daily. But from last 15 days blood pressure gets fluctuating some times 140 to 100 and some times 90 to 60

I have done a test of d dimer my d dimer readings are 0.44 and ldh value is 815 do i need to worry? .

Around 10 days back I had sore throat and little cough. No other symptoms. I took Ivermectin, Azithromycin, Doxycycline and Alex cough syrup after which I have almost no cough and 95% relief from sore throat. From the last 2 days I am feeling a little breathlessness. Hello Team, Past 3 months back my father went through CABG. He was fine and recovering but since last 10 days we was feeling tried, and getting night sleep disturbance becoming weak day by day. Surgery was done k Srinivasa babu sir in Manipal hospital Vijayawada. Due to fear of this pandemic we are not sure about visiting hospital and taking consultation. Same doctor is not available for online consultation as well. So requesting for any solution/ suggestions/ recommendation for the same.

After recovred from covid heartbeat still fast sometimes after work or walk my pulse reaches 120 bpm is this fine or is the matter concern

From last 10 days I'm having pain in my left chest and also feeling difficulty in breathing while sleeping/lying down . Can some one suggest me that what is causing this problem and which type of doctor I should consult.

My heart beat is fast and I took ecg it says sinus tachycardia. My cardiologist prescribed to take anxit 0.25 for 15 days only at night time. I took it regularly and 15 days are over. But still the symptoms are not subsiding. My question is shall I stop anxit 0.25 now? I read in websites that sudden withdrawal symptoms will cause life threatening symptoms. Due to lockdown, I am unable to meet my cardiologist. Please help.
