Sinus arrhythmia
I'm 30 year's old . I just notice that whenever i take deep breath my pulse rate increases and when breath out it decreases. I don't feel any pain on chest even i check my blood pressure it was 130/80. Is irregular pulse is risky or dangerous. And how can i get rid off this problem. Please suggest me some medication and diet for this

First of all i would like to tell you - NICE OBSERVATION. It is completely normal for pulse rate to increase on inspiration and decrease on expiration. It is known as SINUS ARRYTHMIA. No treatment is needed. It is normally seen in many people.
