All valves ar morphologycally normal Colour flow-*** Trace TR,MR***. No pah No AR , NO PR . Whats about echo report? Is this normal?

I'm having PACs since I took a tab hcq400 for corona, it's been 8 months my covid doctor just discharged me and didn't give any medicines, should I just leave PACs and will they set on their own ? If yes then there won't be any significance of holter and medicines like propranolol or petril beta. Because they are slowly subsiding( but taking a lot of time it's been 8 months and I think it will take more 5 months to fully set) my bp and heart rate are normal. I had covid-19 infection around 2.5 months back, all fine now, no long covid symptoms.
